    • Lesson 3: Primal Ego (Video 15:28 minutes)
      Understand how this primary aspect of your Ego helps you survive and thrive in your physical body. Discover how understanding and reparenting your primary emotions can alter the rest of your life journey.

    • Lesson 4: Autonomous Ego (Video 18:15 minutes)
      Learn how this part of your Ego helps you create a separate and unique identity. Explore how maturing this part of you can help you develop clear personal boundaries, while remaining undefended, compassionate and open to input from others.

    • Lesson 5: Social Ego (Video 20:58 minutes)
      Explore the many ways this part of your Ego establishes its place in the social order. Learn how to develop the cultural awareness and wisdom to relate to yourself and others in healthier and more intimate ways.

      Our Primal Ego, the seat of our emotions, is the part of our Ego closest to our Core Being. So, it is also where we most feel the tug between our Primal Joy and Primal Pain. Our Primal Pain is not something to hide from ourselves, since it is key to our self-compassion and discovering the deeper part of our humanness. In this lesson you will learn how you can use your Actualizing Ego to help free you from Primal Pain.

    • Lesson 10: Access Your Full Self (Video 44:12 minutes)
      By having access to all parts of ourselves, especially our Actualizing Ego, we’re able to go wherever we need to go internal and external to access the resources we need and have the resilience to feel whole, no matter what the circumstances. In this lesson we will discuss how this integration process can help you face new challenges with curiosity, excitement and more confidence, knowing you are building our skills and wisdom all along the way.
